The following represents our understanding of the scope of work requested. The parcels identified on the attached map as parcel number 37, 42, 45, 46, 47, 48, 50, 51, 52, 53 have been reviewed for the information that is currently available for the shovel ready program. In addition, the future biz park has also been reviewed to determine what additional work would be required for the park to be certified. Upon the review of the existing information the attached spreadsheet was created to identify the outstanding items and the estimated costs associated with completing those items. These estimates are based upon the information that was available and does not include any field work which if authorize will be completed in the next phase of the project. If the information that is currently available through sources is incorrect, the costs of some of the items could increase however based upon the relatively recent completion of the plat for the Ramsey COR it is anticipated that most of the field information is accurate. Based upon the estimated costs for the project 3 sites (47, 51, 52, 53) were removed from the project to reduce the overall cost. These sites are included on the attached spreadsheet for reference purposes. WSB would complete the wok indicated on the attached spreadsheet with the caveats listed above for an amount not to exceed $86,661. WSB will also prepare and submit the require documentation for the shovel ready certification through the Department of Employment and Economic Development's certification program. The fee for each of the parcels that are placed in the program would be $3,500 which would include the certification fee of $3,250 per site. The above estimated fee includes the certification of 6 sites and would be adjusted accordingly should the city decide to increase or decrease the number of sites certified. The has indicated that Connexus Energy will be assisting with the cost of the certification which has also been identified for the projected costs.
