Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-04-082 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />OF RUM RIVER ON THE GREEN <br />WHEREAS, Paul and Mary Johnson, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 12, Block 1, White Pine Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-or upon recording - <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1 RUM RIVER ON THE GREEN, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, on July 9, 2015, the Planning Commission approved a variance for lot area <br />for Lot 2, Block 1 of RUM RIVER ON THE GREEN; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 17, 2016, the City of Ramsey received an application from the <br />Developer for Sketch Plan, Final Plat, and Easement Vacation consideration of RUM RIVER ON <br />THE GREEN. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to RUM RIVER ON THE <br />GREEN in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with the Staff <br />Review Letter dated April 22, 2016, upon Developer entering into a Development Agreement <br />with the City of Ramsey, and upon verification that the Plat will not adversely affect the <br />neighboring septic system. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Williams, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Williams <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />
