Council member m~wed for its a~ption: i~,~t~oduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ORDERING PRfPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (Greenland ~{i],ls - %87-13) WHf:Rf~AS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by se~tlc~ating: ~) 149th La~e N.Wo between Armstrong Blvd. (Anoka County %83) and Willemite Street N.Wo b) 150th Lane N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.Wo (Anoka County #83) and the east plat boundary of Greenlar~ Hill~ (~) Ch~neleo~ f~treet N.W. between 149th Lane N.W. north t~ its e~ at the cul-de-sac Bison St~'eet N.W. between 149th Lane N.W. and ~t50th L~ne N.~ e) Zeolite Street N.W. between 149th Lane N.W. ~] 150th Lan~ N.,W. f) Willemit~ f]treet N.W. between 149th Lane N.W. north to it~ end at the northeast plat boundary of (;reenl~/~ Hil]s ~3) Yolite ftreet N.W. between 150th Lane N.W. and the northwest plat boundary of Greenland Hills and to assess the benefit(~d property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City THEREFORE, BE IT RESOi,Vf;D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~, ANOKA GIlNTY, STkTE CF ~, as follows: 1) That the pro~osed improvement be referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of ~akanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for the study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the prol~osed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other ]~provement, an] ~he estimated cost of the improvement The motion for the adopti~,n of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmembe~ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Resolution ~87-__
