Counc i 1 member <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />ir,troduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />Rhinestone & 154th Lane - #87-[5) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it: is ]~roposed to improve the following <br />streets by sealcx~ting: <br /> <br />a) 154th Lan~ NoW. between Rhinestone Street N.W. <br />~ I~ Bi.~ N.W. (Anoka Co~ty %56) <br /> <br />b) Rhineston3 ~;treet N.W. between 154th Lane N.W. <br /> a~ 153rd Lane <br /> <br />and to assess the benefite~ property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, ~m~suant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVf~.D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANGEA (/~INTY, ,5~ATE O~- ~[~qNE~ as follows: <br /> <br /> ]_) That the prop)sed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter R.
