Counci 1 member <br />moved for its adbption: <br /> <br />i'at~'oduced the followin9 resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PRf:PARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />(Menkveld's ~J. ne Hills Nortt~ - ~{7-17) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it i.s ~?roposed to improYe the following <br />streets by se~lcoating: <br /> <br />a) Iguana S~,:reet N.W. between the north plat <br />boundary of :~enkveld's Pine Hills North south to <br />J,,t~ ~ at: the cul-de-sac <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited l)roperty for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement~ pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />NC~ TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANCEA fr33NTY, STATE ~ ~INN~K]TA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That th~.~ proposed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter R.
