However if a11 means ~f providing service are exhausted, end in the discretion of Joint Fire Board mmbers and the Fire Chief or senior fire officer in charge, such equipment and members of said fire depart~nent are need:~d in Anoka or Champlin, the Joint Fire Board shall be held free and re'ileved fro~ all liabi)ity to rake said run or to respond to said call. 3. In the event the Anc~ka~Champlin Fire Department has responded to an emergency in the cIT~ ~ P~¥ a~d a~oth~r f~re department emergency response is required within the Cities of iaoka or Champ'iin, the Anoka-Champlin Fire Department will not leave the cITY o~ P~HS£Y e~r~ency srituation unattended, lhe Anoka-Champlin Fire Oepartment will either ~emain to .perfor~ the necessary emergency service or will provide services from another municipality through ~autual aid agreements. -?' 4. If for any ~eason the Fire Chief or senior fire officer shall decide that no equtpment~r ftreftghters c~ be spared, the decision of the Fire Chief or senior fire officer sh~ll be final. · 5. Ihat said Joint. Fire ~oard shall not be liable in any way to the second party or " to any other person, fir~ or <orporation for failure of the Fire Department of said Joint Fire Board ~o attend m fire o~' to extinguish a fire or for any damage to or loss of goods, or for any sct,'o~lssion~ or ;~or any other reason. : 6.
