Council member moved for its adoI:tion: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION APPROVING ~?ARTIAL PAY FOR RENNER AND SONS, INC. (PROJECT %86-16 MUNICIPAL WELL NO. 2 AND MODIFICATIONS TO PUMP~OUSE NO. 1) WHEREAS, the Ci. ty Council of the City of Ramsey approved the following pcoject in the City of Ramsey on June 30, 1986; and W~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution %86-157 aw:arding the bid to Rennet and Sons for Municipal Wt:ll Now 2 and modifications to Pumphouse No. 2; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment to Rennet and Sons in the amount ~ $28,640.88. N~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~. ANOKA~~ STA~ifFMINNESiFA. as foil.s: ]) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Renner and Sons for Municipal Well No. 2 and modifications to Pumphouse No. 1 in the amount of $28,640.88. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor o~' City Administrator to sign the release form for fids partial paym~nt,~ 3) That the ti.'tal amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution %87-__ approving payment of the bills for the month of Jam~ary~ ] 98~/o 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a si,gned colby of. ~his resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the foll(mhlg voted Jn favor thereof: and the following voted ag~ ~,% the same: and the follc~ing were a~nt~ the f~.l~ing whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of January, 1987.
