We will also be pleased to respond to inquiries you might have about f×nancial or o~her business matters. The assistance to be supplied b} y~ur personnel, including the preparation of schedules and analyses of accou~ts~ will be discussed and coordinated with you. The timely completion of this wcrk will help us complete our job on a timely basis. Our fees are based on the time ~equired by the individuals assigned to the engagement. Individual hourly ~ates vary according to the degree of respon- sibility involved and the skill required. As agreed upon in the proposal, the total fee includin~ the Single ~udit requirements and reimbursable expenses will not exceed $9,800. This fee is based on the assumption that the City will be responsible for th~ preparation, typing, and reproduction of the financial statements. In%.er~.m billings will be submitted as the work progresses and as direct expenses ar~ incurred° I will be in charge of the work we are to perform for you. I will call upon others in the firm for help and co%%nsel, as necessary. If you intend to publish or oth(rwise reproduce the financial statements and make reference ~.o our firm name, you agree to provide us with printers' proofs or masters for our review and a~,proval before printing.
