Mr. Bauer is requesting the <br />subdivision in order to transfer 3_and from Lot 6 to Lot 3, as much of Lot 3 <br />is covered with a wetland and }~k., Bauer would like to avoid filling part of <br />Lot 3. Mr. Bauer stated that the existing building site on Lot 3 is not large <br />enough to allow for a home £imilar to others in the area. Each lot is <br />approximately one acre in sJze. The property is located in the R-1R <br />Besidential District.
