Thomsen received approval at your December meeting for a <br />metes and bounds subdivision o~ this property into two eight-acre parcels. <br />Bogeyer, Mr. Thomsen is now revising that request for a metes and bounds <br />subdivision creating or~ three-acre and one 13 acre parcel. Mr. Thomsen has <br />agrcc~d that he wo~ld still use a. common access from County Road ~5 if the <br />subdivision was approved.
