This st~eet has been blacktopped and sealcoated <br />and the two proposed lots abutting the street were assessed. <br /> <br />The distance between the proposed roadway easement and 173rd <br />Avenue exceeds the 1!~0 feet required by City Code. <br /> <br />The two p~roposed lot~.~ slope towards Germanium Street which <br />drains into the Rum River. Drainage easements have been <br />provided on the street sides of the lots.
