Mr. Johnson is pr(~osing to ext~ Nutria Street RW from the existing temporary cul-de-sac in Autumn Heights in accordance with the City Code. In addition, Mr. Johnson will provide a 66 f~wR: easement from the er~ of the cul-de-sac up to the north bounqary of the property for any future development at such time as additional a,cx~.ss is provide-1 to the property. In addition, Mr. Johnson is providing a 33 fo~ easement ~ ong the northern boundary of the plat for a future roadway.
