This project will remove all 7 <br />private accesses, resulting in improved safety, congestion and mobility for traffic using US Highway 10 in the project area. Completion of these <br />improvements is also required to support proper sequencing for <br />other proposed improvement projects along Highway 10 per the Highway 10 Access Planning Study.
