Community Development Director Gladhill stated that his intent was to ensure that the Council <br />has the right information going into the budget and policy discussions that will occur later this <br />year. <br />City Administrator Ulrich commended Community Development Director Gladhill for providing <br />this information and soliciting input from the customers this department has, noting that this is <br />the highest generating department in the City and therefore the City should aim to provide a high <br />level of service. He stated that this was a great approach attempting to project the revenue, <br />which will allow the projections to be more accurate, and hoped this will provide improvement <br />and better understanding. <br />Councilmember Kuzma stated that this also shows the contractors that the City is attempting to <br />improve their process and thanked Community Development Director Gladhill for this work on <br />this. <br />3.
