Below is how I want to see your pricing, it's <br />a little odd. <br />Classic Company - Labor and material for concrete demo, asphalt demo, curb sub grade prep, and new curbs <br />- Break down further between "Owner" and "Contractor" numbers <br />o Classic Company will get paid for only the "Owner" number <br />Northern Asphalt — Labor and material for asphalt grading and base course <br />- Break down further between "Owner" and "Contractor" numbers <br />o Northern Asphalt will get paid for both "Owner" and "Contractor" number <br />Clark Engineering — costs for curb revisions to date, shooting parking lot grades, shooting new curb elevations at South <br />entrance <br />Classic Company will be covering the "Owner" portion of Northern Asphalts price, as they poured the south curb too <br />high at the ped ramp.
