EXHIBIT A <br />Fees Payable to the City <br />Park Dedication. The DEVELOPER is responsible for satisfying applicable Park <br />Dedication requirements for Lot 2, Block 1 of the Plat (there is an existing homestead on <br />Lot 1, Block 1 of the Plat that is exempt from these Development Fees). The 2016 Park <br />Dedication Fee applicable to the Plat is $2,700 per residential unit. DEVELOPER must <br />pay a Park Dedication Fee of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2,700 <br />x 1 unit = $2,700.00). The DEVELOPER acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The <br />rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />2. Trail Development Fees. The DEVELOPER is responsible for satisfying applicable Trail <br />Development Fee requirements for Lot 2, Block 1 of the Plat (there is an existing <br />homestead on Lot 1, Block 1 of the Plat that is exempt from these Development Fees). The <br />2016 Trail Development Fee applicable to the Plat is $725 per residential unit. <br />DEVELOPER must pay a Trail Development Fee of Seven Hundred Twenty Five Dollars <br />and No Cents ($725 x 1 unit = $725.00). The DEVELOPER acknowledges that these fees <br />are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />3. Stormwater Management Fee. The DEVELOPER is responsible for satisfying applicable <br />Stormwater Trunk Fee requirements for Lot 2, Block 1 of the Plat (there is an existing <br />homestead on Lot 1, Block 1 of the Plat that is exempt from these Development Fees). The <br />2016 Stormwater Management Fee $459 per residential unit. DEVELOPER must pay a <br />Stormwater Management Fee of Four Hundred Fifty Nine Dollars and No Cents ($459 x 1 <br />unit = $459.00). The DEVELOPER acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate <br />in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />
