Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-04-081 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR RUM RIVER <br />ON THE GREEN <br />WHEREAS, Paul and Mary Johnson, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 12, Block 1, White Pine Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />-or upon recording - <br />Lots 1-2, Block 1 RUM RIVER ON THE GREEN, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, on July 9, 2015, the Planning Commission approved a variance to lot area <br />for the Subject Property; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 17, 2016, the City of Ramsey received an application from the <br />Developer for Sketch Plan and Final Plat review of RUM RIVER ON THE GREEN; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 26, 2016, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat for RUM RIVER <br />ON THE GREEN. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Rabbit <br />Meadows subject to review and approval as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />26th day of April, 2016. <br />Mayor <br />
