CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION <br />1. Have an ability to function responsibly in a mature manner, <br />2. Have a sufficient degree of motivation and open mindedness <br />3. Can remain abstinent from the use of mood altering chemicals. <br />4. Have no limiting physical conditions. <br />5. Are of appropriate emotional or psychological health. <br />6. Can stay relatively free from outside interference from family or friends. <br />7. Can be evaluated as being chemically dependent. <br />8. Are in need of a supportive living environment while receiving CD care. <br />9. Can adhere to the stated "Guidelines, Rules and Expectations" <br />
