Community <br />wells are the preferred method of water provision. Any well is required to meet the <br />Minnesota Department of Health Standards. <br /> <br />Sewage treatment facilities may be located in commonly held or identif led open <br />space preserva{ion areas of the development and protected with easements as <br />determined necessary.
