He is not quiti lng the Fire Department, but for medical reasons cannot fulfill <br />the needs an? Ion.ger. Dal(: joined i:he Ramsey Fire Department in 1990 and has been an asset in <br />the growth of the department. He ires put in countless hours of instructing new firefighters, and <br />has spent ab(mt I .."3 of his life ded/~:al:ed to serving his corm~nunity. The Ramsey Fire Department <br />will no longer isst~c badge number 1 I, after Dale's retirement. <br /> <br />Dale McK_usic:l< stated there are a c:mple of people he needs to thank. One is Al Pearson, who <br />has been an incredible int'tuence o~ eve~yone involved in the fire service. From day one, <br />Councilmenabc:r Pearson has al way~ made the push for every individual and his leadership has <br />been incredible. [qc thanked Bruce Hoeke who came out of retirement to start the Department ~ <br />and took them under bis wings. D~.ve .Gri~fin then stepped in and got them going in the fight <br />dimcticm. Dean Kapler then came ~ m and he cannot say enough about Mr. Kapler. It is fantastic <br />the way be runs things; he is a boom leader who will keep this department going in a positive <br />way.
