Additional rate control onsite will <br />not be required. <br /> <br />Access: The site will derive access from Ebony Street. <br /> <br />Storm' Water Management Fee: The stormwater management fee will be paid through the Tax <br />Increment Financing (TIF) agreement. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: These fees will be paid through the TIF agreement. <br /> <br />REU Number: The sto~n-n water calculations indicate that the site is 72% impervious. The site is 7.83 <br />acres. The REU ~br storm water billing is 27.76 and the current quarterly charge will be $699.58. This <br />will be reviewed when final plans are submitted. <br /> <br />CiU Council Action: The City Council will not consider the site plan submittal until the issues raised <br />in this letter are corrected, revised, and resubmitted to staff for their review. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 3, 2004 at Ramsey Fire <br />Station, 15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review the proposed site plan.
