8 <br /> <br /> 10. That the Subject Property is 80 feet deficient of the 200 toot lot width requirement established in <br /> City, Code. <br /> <br /> 11. That the City has previously granted similar variances. <br /> <br /> 12. That the variance requested is the minimum variance which would alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br /> 13. That if granted, the variance will/will not permit a use that is prohibited in the R-t Residential <br /> Rural Developing District. <br /> <br />14. That the granting of the variance will/will not ~'ant the Applicant any special privileges that are <br /> denied by this Chapter to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />15. That if granted, the variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br /> property. <br /> <br />16. That if ~'anted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of this Chapter <br /> or other property in the same zone. <br /> <br />17. That if granted, the variance ~vill/will not increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety. <br /> <br />18. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably dirninish property values within the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />19. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably increase the congestion in public streets. <br />20.
