The following are the issues <br />that the f';l)A arc currcnily discus;sing: <br /> <br />Location: Old Town flail pres:,mk, several obstacles for utilizing the building in its current <br />location. In or,.lcr lo utilize the l,uilding for either an information center or retail space, parking <br />will need to 1-,c provided. The cmTent site is limited in size and will not be able to provide <br />parking spaces. Rcnl thc space lo a retail (',~' ot~ce user <br /> <br />It shoukt bc noted that the City h;~s received quite a few inquires regarding the ability to utilize <br />thc building for :~ craft cemcr.
