Thc dates arc May 13~ 14, 17 and 20. Itamilton is correct on the dates he has stated, as according <br />to thc report thc ('otmcil has received, the plant was not operating some of the days he has <br />mentioned. <br /> <br />Mr. I lamilton stated il' there is wi~d, Fain or heavy humidity the smell is worse, and he has <br />smelled it all oF thc days he just stated.
