This makes nine times since the plant <br />started on thc 27t oF April. 1.lo star. ecl he should be able to enjoy fresh air like everyone else in <br />the City oF Ralnsey and should not h:~vc to put up continually with this smell. <br /> <br />MayoF Gamcc i~ll'o~'med Mi'. [tamilton since the last Council meeting an intern was assigned to <br />do some work. Hc questioned if M~. Itamilton is correct on the dates he has stated, as according <br />to thc report thc ('otmcil has received, the plant was not operating some of the days he has <br />mentioned. <br /> <br />Mr. I lamilton stated il' there is wi~d, Fain or heavy humidity the smell is worse, and he has <br />smelled it all oF thc days he just stated.
