The representative of Anoka County <br />Commttnity ]lcalth Department ret>lied the funding is received from the Minnesota Department <br />of l lcalth. The threshold for commercial <br />structures would bo lowered in m~tny cases to 2,000 square feet. All assembly occupancies <br />would bc required to be sprinkled. Sprinklers would be required in all residential occupancies <br />that arc greater th~,n 8,500 square f~oet. The 8,500 square feet is the gross area of the residence <br />including all lloors, basements, and garages.
