City Administrator Nemean explained the developer would like the City to take the official <br />policy that they wr)uld ncw~'r close Armstrong Boulevard. He argued the City does not have that <br />choice, l~y l~,vin?~ a policy with t~rio~'ities they have something official that says the City will <br />work on this i,terchange. A lradc pattern will be established by the time anything occurs.
