Motion by Chairpc~'son Nixt, seconded by Board Member Jeffrey to adopt Resolution #04-05- 107 adopting amended Findings of' Fact #0653 relating to Greg Bauer's request for a variance from the street ti'oniagc or lot width ~'eqttirement.
