I~ESOLUTION # 04-06-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO PURCHASE FROM THE <br />EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND NOT TO EXCEED $1,584.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has shown the need to replace the police department's existing copy <br />machine/network printer and a laser pri~ter; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the existing copy machi,.~e could be utilized by the Fire Department and City Council at <br />Fire 1 for copier and network printin.c.~ needs; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City currently has a contract with Metro Sales Inc and the said copiers are still <br />under a BID from purchases made earlier in the year; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has be~-;n determined ihat the requested Ricoh copiedprinters can be fully funded <br />with money from the Equipment Replacement fund not to exceed $13,869.25. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLW~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council hereby autt ~orizes the police department to purchase the Ricoh Aficio <br />2035 copiedprinter and a Ricoh Aficio 1015 copier/printer from Metro Sales Inc, utilizing up to $ <br />13,869.25 from the Equipment Repla~:ernent Fund. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the forego~g resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember - , and upon vote being !'aken thereon, <br /> <br /> The following voted in favor' thereof: <br /> And the following voted against: <br /> And the following abstained: <br /> <br /> And the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Whereupon said resolutiot~ was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this of 20,.)4. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
