CASE <br /> <br />PUBI ,lC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING VISION <br />CI,EARANCE TRIANGLE <br /> By: Steven Jankowski, Cit3f Engineer <br /> <br />Backgrou nd: <br /> <br />Pursuant to a rccommendati on by the Public Works Committee an ordinance was <br />introduced at lhc April 13th 201i4 meeting amending Section 9.11.01 creating a <br />requirement to maintain a clea~ vision triangle at the intersections with City streets. This <br />ordinance is i~dendcd to enhance the safety of the City's street system.
