SUMMARY OF OIIDINANCE <br /> <br />This ordinance esl,tblishes triangular area adjacent to the intersection of city streets, alleys and <br />commercial dri vev;'ays which shall k~e subject to certain restrictions to enhance the visibility and <br />safety for traITic. '['lac ordinance id~'ntifies the type of elements which are allowed or prohibited <br />within thc triangle and restricts parking along curblines lying within the triangle area. Provisions <br />are included in thc ordinancc whicl~ provide for exceptions and waivers of its provisions by the <br />City Engineer. Thc Public Works Committee shall render the final decision on appeals regarding <br />waivers and exemptions. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
