She indicated City Code restricts home occupation <br />to 20% el' thc gross floor area of' the home, and the room in which the home occupation will take <br />place is signi fi cantl y less than 10% ~f tl ~e principal dwelling floor area. <br /> <br />Associate Planner (,ieisler stated th~ operation hours would be primarily Monday - Friday with <br />the last apl, ointmet;t scheduled For ~o later than 9:00 p.m., unless under an emergency situation. <br />She indicated the in-home chiropractic business will be secondary to Ms. Pickhardt's main <br />employment at Abelcr Chiropractic ,~)flSee.
