This chapter allows the City to <br />require lire spt'i~kl;~'rs in homes acc~,)rdmg to what code they are built to, Commercial structures <br />would have a lowcr threshold the'; x~ould be held to (in many cases to 2,000 square feet). <br />Residential (rclk:rc~cc to Optio~ 1) New Construction Only - Option 1 requires sprinklers in all <br />rcsidemial occttl)atqcies that arc gr¢;tter than 8,500 square feet.
