The <br />Project includes pmliminmy and fi~_al des[gn of this roadway, the design of a traffic signal at the <br />TH 10/CSAH 57 intersection, the preparation of a Project Memorandum, right-of-way <br />acquisition, aml the implementatior of a Public Participation Plan. The Project will also include <br />coordination with the BNSF for .reconstruction of their railroad crossing. <br /> <br /> 1I. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY TKDA <br /> <br />Based on TKDA'S understanding ol~ the Project, we propose to provide thc following services: <br /> <br />A. PROJIdCT MANAGEMENT. <br /> <br /> 1.
