TKDA 10:50 Mr. Brim~ Olson City of Ramsey Proposal for .Engineering Services - CSAFI 57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard) Reconstruction June 3, 2004 Page 6 OWNER'S _RESPONSIBILITIES The OWNER'S responsibilities simll be as set forth in Article 8 of the General Provisions and as further described or clmified hereinbelow: Designate one individua! to act as the OWNER'S representative with respect to the work to be ix:r formed, and such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive informal/on, inte~.pret and define policies, and make decisions with ~respect to critical elements pertinm~t to the Project. Hr Provide TKDA with acer ss to the site as required to perform services listed in SECTION II above, Provide reviews of materials furnished by TKDA in a reasonable and prompt manner so thai the Project schedule v:an be maintained. Provide TKDA with elect~'onic basemapping including inplace topographic features, inplace groundline DTM, inplace public utilities, and inplace right-of-way. ¥. PERIOD OF SERVICE We would expec~ to start our servic:es approximately August 1, 2005, with an assumed Project duration of six months. We wiI1 c~)mplete all SECTION II services by June 1, 2006. COMPENSATION Compensation to TKDA for service'4 provided as described in SECTION II of this Proposal shall be on an Hourly Rate basis as described in Article 3 of the attached General Provisions in an amount not to exceed $152,000.
