<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #16-04-080 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY <br />GENERALLY KNOWN AS 16520 GERMANIUM ST NW <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Paul Johnson, hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly applied for <br />vacation of all drainage and utility easements on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 12, Block 1, White Pine Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easement <br />as shown on plat <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That all approved easement vacations are contingent upon successful recording of the plat known <br />as Rum River on the Green. These vacations do not become effective until said plat entitled Rum <br />River on the Green is recorded. <br />a. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property <br />for all drainage and utility easements as conveyed as part of the plat known as WHITE <br />PINE ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />b. That to ensure that adequate drainage and utility easements are replaced, the Easement <br />Vacation does not become effective until the Plat entitled Rum River on the Green is <br />properly recorded with Anoka County. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Williams, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> <br />
