Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #16-04-080 A RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 16520 GERMANIUM ST NW WHEREAS, Paul Johnson, hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly applied for vacation of all drainage and utility easements on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 12, Block 1, White Pine Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easement as shown on plat (the “Subject Property”) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That all approved easement vacations are contingent upon successful recording of the plat known as Rum River on the Green. These vacations do not become effective until said plat entitled Rum River on the Green is recorded. a. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property for all drainage and utility easements as conveyed as part of the plat known as WHITE PINE ESTATES, Anoka County, Minnesota. b. That to ensure that adequate drainage and utility easements are replaced, the Easement Vacation does not become effective until the Plat entitled Rum River on the Green is properly recorded with Anoka County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Williams, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Strommen Councilmember Kuzma Councilmember Williams Councilmember LeTourneau Councilmember Riley Councilmember Shryock and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Johns
