The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. PURPOSE Jt is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City Io sell certai~ real property which property the City ( ouncil has determined is no longer necessary [or the City's. purpose~. This ordilk~nce is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of Ihe City Charter. SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZAi ION The City Council hereby declares the followin9 legally described real ploperty owned by the City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, SUNFISH [AKI-_ BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDI- TION, A~oka Cotmty, Milmesota. SECTION 3. fERMS OF SALE The City Council bas by a properly enacted resolution determined tide con- sideration and terms upon which tbe above described property may be sold. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DA-FE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication accordin9 to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
