'l'he ()fficial Map Ordinance establishes an Official Map Board <br />of Appcal,s in ¢)rdcr to address ca~',es when the City Council denies a site plan and the <br />applicant still desires proceed .vit]~ their development plan. The official map ordinance <br />cstablishc:; a~ appeals 9recess for both the applicant and board of appeals (attached to <br />this case is a c~)19y of the section] o1' the Official Map Ordinance that addresses the board <br />of al)10cals). <br /> <br />The City needs: to establish an ~)f'ficial Map Board of Appeals and therefore the purpose <br />ol' this case is to discuss several points related to the creation of this new board: <br /> <br />1.
