They include the Agricultural "A", Estate "E -1 ", and <br />Estate "E-2" Districts. The Agricultural District provides fbr a 5 acre minim urn, the largest estate <br />lot district. "E-1" has a 2 ½ acre minimum and "E-2" is the smallest lot district with a 1 ~ acre <br />minimum. As shown Ln the Table 2 and Figure 5 below, over half of the land, 3131 acres, is <br />zoned as Agricultural.
