Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced, ?~he following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br /> WHER~, the City of ]~msey has established the Mississippi River <br />Storm Sewer Taxing District and the Porn River Storm Sewer Taxing District with <br />the intention of paying for the costs associated with developing storm sewer <br />systems throughout Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ it i~', the ntention of the City Council of Ramsey to <br />establish policies guidJ_ng the ~se of funds generated from said storm sewer <br />taxing districts. <br /> <br />NO~ R~REFORE, BE IT RKSOLI~]D B-( THE CITY CfYJNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF ~6INNESOI'A~ as fo'll~ws: <br /> <br /> l) Tha~'. as relates to storm sewer taxing districts, one of the <br />City's policies relating thereto shall be that storm sewer taxing district <br />revenues will not be used. to pa./ f~or such sewer system where the need for said <br />system is created by the p!atti-~g, and/or created by the ~ of the <br />land which occurs after the dat~~. hereof.
