ESTABLISMME},~T OF COMMISSION: <br /> <br /> A Landfill. Advisory Commission for the City of Ramsey is <br />hereby established, The: Commission shall be the City's Landfill <br />Advisory Commissior~ and shall hereafter be referred to as "LAC". <br /> <br /> 10.122 PURPOSE: <br /> <br /> The pmcpoae of_ the 1AC ~lll be to advise and made recom- <br />mendations ~o the City (ouncil on all issues and ramifications <br />relating to sanitary lar;-dfillJ..ng in the City of Ramsey.
