Our or,tinance p~'ese~t:ly requires liability insurance Of <br />$100~O00 person and $300~000 aggregate. This a~nount of <br /> per <br />insurance 5_s outdated f)r this type of business. We feel that <br />the co?erage should be 3300,000 per person and $1,000,000 <br />agg~r_gal.e~ 7]~J_s r'eco~rm~.mdation should be discussed with the <br />City's attorney° <br /> <br />3. We see a probl~sa th t.t may arise in the future because o~ <br />one of our present ?n-S de establisb~nents not adhereing to th~k <br />present ordinance a~ it is m'itten. Section 130.051 No. 3 . <br />states the followi~tg~ Fhe term "restaurant" means any establish-~ <br />ment, unclear"' the control eJ a single proprietor or manager, ~ <br />having apl~:opriate faci~iti, es to serve meals, for seating <br />not ]ess t~an one hundred twenty (120) guests at one time in <br />one (~) or more di~ng coons having a total dining area of at <br />least two thousand~:~ive hundred (2,500) square feet, and where <br />i~j e~nsideration of pay~t~nt therefor, meals are regularly <br />served at tables to the ~j~?eral public, and which ~ploys an <br />adequate staff for the .u4~al and suitable service to its guests <br />and the principal part ~:ff the business of which is the serving <br /> -- -~ Z--~-~ '~ T:7~- ~ ~ · ,, <br />of foods.
