RECOHME~I)ATIONS OF COMMISSION <br /> <br />After holding four meetkngs in which liquor ordinances were <br />reviewed f~'om three com~mn~ties, the State Liquor Control <br />Itu]es were reviewed~ C~;y residents were contacted, and a <br />survey of 120 residents ~.;~;s taken~ the Commission recommends <br />the fol] owi_ng: <br /> <br />Alt'hou~,h tlm City oi }~a~sey~ having a status of a third class <br />City, m~.y ~issue ss many O~f-Sale licenses as it wished, the <br />Commi.~s~on unanimom~ly ,~e~o~mnends to the Council that the City <br />shall ir~sue no mor~ tha% one license for every 5,000 population, <br />baaed on ti,e last o:ffici.;d IJ~S.
