Ramsey iel~iny mud Zoning Cu~ssion at its regular meeting <br />on September 2, i986 re~.~en~!~ that the City Council grant preliminary plat <br />approval of ~'~e )~lat with a ~ariance for a temporary cul-de-sac for Nutria <br />Street N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ th~ City Cbunci] ~eviewed the Planning Commissions public hearing <br />and meeting minutes, which l~ir, utes are incorporated as if fully set forth <br />herein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at a regular ~eetin9 on January 27, 1987, the City Council <br />granted prelhr~inary plat appr~)v~l of the Plat contingent upon the Developer <br />providing a 66 foot easement f~om the temporary cul-de-sac to the northern <br />boundary of ~J~e ])roperty~ a 3~ f~t easement along the northern boundary of the <br />property, and a drainage ~_an to accommodate eight 2-1/2 acre lots although no <br />future subdivision of the fou~ l~.~ts J.s permitted until a second access to the <br />plat is avaJ. lab].e~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ t3~e Ramsey ~ark a~<:t Recreation Commission reviewed the Plat on <br />August 14, 1986 with respect ~o .park dedication requirements and determined <br />that the City sho[~ld a~.e~Yc t~e standard park dedication fee as the lots in <br />this Plat are de'veloped~ <br /> <br />NOW ~{EREFORE, t~!~ IT RE~CLVFD BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNSBG2A~ ~ follc~s: <br /> <br /> 1.
