KEN JOSNS(N <br /> <br />This agreement: entered into tLi$ ____ day of · , 1987, between the <br />City of Ramsey, hereinafter re~erred to as "City," and Mr. Ken Johnson, <br />hereinafter referred to a~'-] ~Dezeloper," in conjunction with plat approval of <br />Autumn ~eadows ~ <br /> <br />The plat of Auto,mn Meadows ~s hereby granted approval contingent upon the <br />Developer agreeJ, ng to ar~ ~d.yJ~ with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The approval of ~tu~m ~eadows shall apply to that property legally <br /> de~,~rib~ as z( ]..lc~s: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The Developer sha)], be responsible for the construction of <br />improva:~ents an show~, on the final plat and as directed by the City <br />Enginee~'~ in a(;corda~:~-with City standards and specifications. These <br />improv~ents shall ir. cl%.~e, but are not limited to: streets; ditches; <br />back~lol)ing a~l drair,~age~ ~Que Developer shall be responsible for any <br />expense associated wJ~3~ the construction of these improvements. The <br />Dev~[o~.r shall prc~J~ a financial guarantee for the construction of <br />these h~orovauents,, 'Fnis guarantee shall be in the form of cash of <br />letter ~f credit in ~.he amount of $ which amount represents <br />125% of the Engineer's estimated cost for such improvements. Pursuant <br />to this guarantee~ t~.,a [~veloper shall post a maintenance guarantee <br />for these improveme~,,ts in the amount of $5,000.00. This security <br />shall k~ deposited with the City in the form of cash escrow or letter <br />of c.red:i.t in a fo~a to }:~ acceptable to the City. This security shall <br />be h~ld by the City tot erie (1) year from the date of final acceptance <br />of 1~e :m~prov~aents. <br /> <br /> Developer ~;hal] restore all disturbed areas on the site as <br />specifi(.~] by tJ~e Cit3.
