In 1985 the City <br />r~uested from ~d receive,~ a dr~nage easement from Jeff Larson, <br />a ~sey resilient who liw~,.u, at the intersection of Tonto Street <br />N.W. and 178th Avenue N F,~ Mr~ Larson is now selling his <br />pro~rty and it ha~; been determined that the legal description <br />for the eas~ment is inco~;~'~ct. The City therefore needs to <br />authorize a corrective d~e~ to be received from Mr. Larson and <br />s~)use to i:he~ Ci~ for the ~]h]e easement pur~ses. There is some <br />urgency to the Council's ~ction because Mr. Larson states he is <br />losing the ~nefit of a f ~vorable tocked-.in interest rate if he <br />does not c].os~ J.~]iate].y~ <br /> <br />Please consid..~r this item ~s i~art of your agenda at your special <br />Council meeting of March 1:', [987. <br /> <br /> <br />
