ND. 5 AND JASPAR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant t.o a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted <br />February 24, 1987, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of <br />Bakanson Anderson Associates,. l~tc. ~ with referenoe to the street improvement of <br />the follcwing streets: <br /> <br />a) 167th Avenue ~/ be~tween C.S.A.H. No. 5 and Jaspar Street <br /> <br /> ~, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on March <br />24, 1987, which report indic~tes the following: <br /> <br />~timated Tot2~l (bst of Project $ <br />F~timated Tot~l Assessment Per Unit <br /> (individ~'al property cost) $ <br />~timated Ann~al Assessment Per Unit $ <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramse~ City Council will consider the improvement of <br />such street in accordance ~ith the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for ali or a portior~ of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the <br />Ramsey City Chaunter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $. . <br /> <br /> 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the 14th day of April, 1987~ in the Council Chambers of the Pamsey ~mzicip~ <br />Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and impr{r~ement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ~ the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon ~ote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof_: <br /> <br />ar~ the foll(~i~g voted again~'~ the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained~ <br /> <br />and the follc~ing were absent~ <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was dee/lared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 24th day of March~ 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />
