The eri,~e of obscenity is the intentional: <br /> <br /> (a) Exposure of fha genitals, pubic hair, anus, vulva, or female <br />breast nipples in ani{ public place or place open ~o the public view <br />with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appeals to prurient <br />interest or is patently offensive. <br /> <br /> (b) Sale, con~;ignment, distribution, dissemination, <br />advertisement, exhibition or display of obscene material, or <br />preparation, ~,~anufacture, publication or printing of obscene material <br />for sale, allocation~ consignment, distributlcn, advertisement, <br />exhibition or display~ <br /> <br /> (c} Participatior. or <br />produc~.~ en, presentation, <br />adver tisenent, sponsorship, <br /> <br />ensasement in, <br /> perf orr.~ance, <br /> or display of~ <br /> <br />or management, operation, <br />promotion, exhibition, <br />patently offensive sexual <br /> <br /> (a) The provls:.cns of this Ordinance do not apply to recognized <br />and estabiisne~ se~ools, churches, medical clinics, hospitals, <br />phvsicl a:~s - ' ~ <br /> ~ , ~overn)',~e~-]sal agencles, quasl-~overnmental sponsored <br />or~e~]!zaLic~as ~nd persons scsing in their capacity as employees or <br />agencs of such organi:~a~-~ions. <br /> <br /> (b) For the purpose of this paragraph, the following words and <br />'cerr.;s shall have the "especSlve meanings oefined as follows: <br /> <br />(i) "Reco§n~ze~J and established schools" means schools having a <br />fnl~. time faculty and pupils, gathered together for instruction <br />in ~ diversified curriculum. <br /> <br />(:[i> "Churches" means any church, affiliated with a national or <br />rog~ cna! de~omir~gtion. <br /> <br />(i~lx) "Physi~ians" means any licensed physician or <br />psyr. hintri st. <br /> <br />(iv) "I.ledical clinics and hospitals" means any clinic or <br />hospital of l~censed physicians or psychiatrists used for the <br />reception and care of the sick, wounded or infirm. <br /> <br />Subd,. 4. <br /> <br /> <br />
