(PRO3EC~ #86- <br />16; ~NICIPAL WELL NO. 2 AND MODIF~CA.TI~ 'K) I:~]'4t:'~S~ NO. 1) <br /> <br /> WF~RFAS, the City ~uncil of the City of Ramsey approved this project <br />on June 30, 1986; and <br /> <br /> W-m~S, the City ~buncil of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution <br />%86-157 ~a~.arding the bid to ?]. H. Rennet and Sons, Inc. for Municipal Well No. <br />2 and modifications to Pumphouse No. 1; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, City Engineer ~ete Raatikka of Sakanson Anderson, Inc. <br />recc~ .partial payment '~:o E. H. Rennet and Sons, Inc. in the amount of <br />$12,188.87. <br /> <br /> 1) That the City ~:buncil hereby authorizes partial payment to E. H. <br />Renner and Sons, Inc. for Mu~d~cipal Well No. 2 and modifications to Pumphouse <br />No. 1 in the amount of $12~1~8.87. <br /> <br /> 2) That the Cit~ O;3~mcil hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the retease form for this partial pay_m_9__nt. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount cf this partial payment is not included in <br />Resolution #87- approvh~ payment of the bills for the month of March, 1987. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed <br />copy of this resolution~ <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ~ the foregoing resolution was duly sconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote be. lng taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted agaimt the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent:: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolutic~ w~ declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 24th (~y of March, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />
