In the I~ Rural Business District. ~ Tats permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. ~his conditional v.~e peunit is perpetual in it's fluration so lc~ as the conditiorm ~ h~;rein are c~plied with. The conditions of this permit are as 1. Taat adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided o~ the site. 2. ~hat Mr~ Christian shall be fermitted to sell motor and recreational vehicles c~ the pr~_ t_~es. For the purposes of this pemit, recreational vehicles shall be defined as any street legal vehicles as defined by 3. ~here stkall be l~ salvage or junk yard activities conducted from the business or in conjunctica with the business. 4. There shall be no mo~e than 100 vehicles for sale at any one time on the site. 5. That there shall be a total of 10 customer and employee parking spaces pav~ with blacktop or concrete. 6. ~hat the access fr~n asy. %10 and all parking spaces shall be paved with either blacktop or concrete. The surfacing shall be completed by September 1~ 1987. 7. The Applicant shall obtain any local and State licenses required before sell.in9 any vehicles from the property. 8. Ail signs erected On tk~ premises shall be in accordance with Section 170.05 of the City Code. 9. There ~mll be no p~_.r~ing of any vehicles on any high,ay right-of-way. 10. Mr. Christian shall use the existing access to Righ~ay 10 for the Ramsey C~m~rcial Park.
