Following is a list of <br />comments ro.l~lting <br /> <br />This pkat is an e]:'tension of Sorteberg's 4th Addition which <br />was ap~roved on S~p'tember 24, 1985. The preliminary plat <br />contained 23 lots of which 11 were platted in the 4th <br />Addition. The 5th Addition contains the remaining 12 <br />prel 5.m~ nary <br /> <br />A variance was gr~nted for not submitting soil borings as <br />required by Article 'L70.037Bi of the City Code. Soils in the <br />plat consist of Hu~bard coarse sand and Nymore loamy sand <br />which ~re Class I soils suitable for on-site wastewater <br />disposal syst. em~. <br /> <br />3 o <br /> <br />In review of tl~e fi. hal plat requirements of the City Code, we <br />find that an addre~]s map has not been provided. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />In review of the s i::r~,~et plans, we find that they are in <br />conformance with t.i~e City Code. However, the temporary cul- <br />de-sac constructed for the 4th Addition should be removed and <br />the pro.i}osed culve77t at County Road 83 should be extended 10 <br />fee~. <br /> <br />We have estimated the co~t of the improvements to be $26,600 which <br />includes restoration of ~1] disturbed areas.
